Last month, I made my first recipe from her book: P-Dub's "Simple Perfect Enchiladas." I won't do her tutorial justice, so I'll just give you the link (see it here), but I do want you to know that these are delicious. And I want to eat them after looking at the pictures again. Mmm-MMM!
So make them, eat them, love them. It's that perfectly simple.
